7.2 Magnitude Earthquake Hits California

The Southern part of California was reportedly struck by a strong 7.2-magnitude earthquake recently and confirmed by U.S. Geological Survey. It happens in about 3:40 P.M. and rattle most people celebrating an Easter dinners on the reported area affected. The epicenter was recorded at the nearby United States and Mexican border and for now, there is no casualties as well as damages reported as the result of California earthquake.

This strong quake hits Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and even San Diego, California which sway buildings as and homes while on the midst of Easter celebration. Here's a little story from folks living in the affected regions saying its sentiments on what they have felt while ago,
“I heard some cracking sounds, like Rice Krispies,” coming from the building, he said. “I didn’t think much of it, but I kept hearing it, and then I started feeling a shake. I thought, ‘You know what? I think that might be an earthquake.” Wong said the swaying lasted for “just a few seconds,” and he didn’t notice any damage.
