HP is Buying Palm, Confirmed

A press release which is currently available on HP News Room confirmed this story, it's because probably the company aims to join the list of ultra-portable computing and mobile phones competition. To develop slate along with few of those Palm webOS operating system which is typically design for mobile devices. This combining power of manufacturers includes a $1.2-billion transaction which has been passed by the two companies board of directors, according to report.

The two companies will start to bump their upcoming products to most large mobile phone providers along with their corresponding different devices. Here's a note taken recently from the official press release of HP and Palm,
“Palm’s innovative operating system provides an ideal platform to expand HP’s mobility strategy and create a unique HP experience spanning multiple mobile connected devices,” said Todd Bradley, executive vice president, Personal Systems Group, HP. “And, Palm possesses significant IP assets and has a highly skilled team. The smartphone market is large, profitable and rapidly growing, and companies that can provide an integrated device and experience command a higher share.
It's because probably, the two are all confident to bring their teams together to produce a much better gadgets and other more services. This is the time for them to accelerate the nature of their business, a two mobile computing producer giants to bump on the other manufacturers like Apple.
